IFs Monthly Challenge 11_20_08: Back from our hiatus!

Hello All,

It has been much too long for the IFs Monthly Challenge to have been gone; I know that it was surely missed by all. There have been many improvements to the IFs model over the time that we were away on vacation (you know, studying for comps, etc).

We will start this Fall with a challenge about a new feature of the software: According to the Base-Case in the 40-44 year cohort for Austria in 2015, do males or females have a higher rate of injury related deaths? How many per 1000 people for each sex?

I don't know about Austria, but I do want to restore Hawaii as a unit in the database. Maybe I could make it a student project out here. More later. Just checking to see if this works. Here's a December challenge: Who is "admin"? and a January challenge: Who just got their Ph.D? (a clue: MTI--no, it's not MIT). Well, it's sort of related to IFs, no?
